1Principle SpeedFlowThe working principle of the sensor is based on electrostatic technology. When solid particles pass quickly by two sensor probes and collide with them, an electrical signal is generated. The correlator processes the detected signal, The solid flow rate can be calculated.

4Installation Example

When installing sensors, the installation position must be determined based on the up and down flow. Weld the sensor base onto the selected installation location and drill a hole through the base into the pipeline. The sensor should be adjusted according to the wall thickness of the installed pipeline, and then installed and fixed with connecting nuts.
